COMPONENTS
ONE WAY VALVE
On-off valve of product material Conical valve is applicable for the most product materials. The valve material can vary according to customer’s requirement for different working condition or CIP cleaning. Ball valve is applicable for product material of high viscosity.
HOMOGENIZING VALVE
Made of Tungsten- Cobalt- Titanium alloy or erosion-resisting cemented carbide. Applicable for 0- 1000 bar homogenizing pressure and CIP cleaning.
SEALING
Square-section and V-section sealing can be selected according to product material characteristics.
PLUNGER
Made of erosion-resisting stainless steel Hardened smooth surface to achieve long life Practice in daily industry demonstrates that the life is 6000-10000 hour.

POWER END
Using 2-stage reducing. First stage is V-belt reducing, and second stage is herringbone gear. Spraying lubricating and oil pump lubricating system with oil cooling system with water.
LIQUID END
The liquid end of the homogenizer consists of all product contact components are made of stainless steel or special steel meeting all international sanitary specifications, which design for dependable operation, easy maintenance and long life.
